Welcome to Timmi Park Wellness

I created this blog to hold me accountable for my fitness journey starting January 2015. I wanted to be able to track my progress not only by weight-loss, but also how I was feeling throughout my journey. I also had people ask me what my favorite clean or slow cooker recipes were and having them online made it easier for me to share.
Now I use my BLOG and this PAGE it to INSPIRE others to REACH their PERSONAL and FINANCIAL  Goals!
