YIKES!! Wednedays are SO HARD!! Sweat Intervals is not for the weak! I maxed out at 9:06! It was the Squat and Lunge Left Leg that got me! Last week it was 6:11 so YAY! I pretty big improvement…plus you are getting the moves down better!
I added the Ab Attack 10 minute workout to the end and was completely wiped out after both workouts!
