2 Ingredient Protein Pancakes
1 banana, ripe
coconut oil (or spray) – (or anything else on hand to prevent sticking)
Heat a skillet and add coconut oil (or spray) to prevent sticking
Mash the banana and mix in the egg
Pour about 1/4 a cup to make a pancake
Some people have given me feedback that they have added 1 egg and 2 egg whites (I haven’t tried it yet)
