Cinnamon Greek Yogurt and Apples
apple, small, washed
3 Tbsp 0% Fat Greek Yogurt (I personally like Fage)
Cinnamon (lots of cinnamon…I ♥cinnamon…you may only want to sprinkle some on yours through)
I cut the apples with an apple cutter
Place greek yogurt and cinnamon in a bowl and mix (Mine is almost like a cinnamon paste!) That is how I like it! Enjoy
