This is an overnight recipe. I made it last night and had it for lunch this morning. I thought it was pretty good. I ate the ceviche with a wheat Wasa Cracker.
salt, dash (optional)
Cut (or dice) up tilapia, tomatoes, onions, celery, cucumbers and cilantro
Squeeze the juice of 2 limes and 1 lemon
Sprinke black pepper, garlic powder and salt
Cover and refrigerate overnight!
