Day 7’s are Rest & Recovery days for InsanityMax:30, sometimes I do an added workout, yoga or stretch because I like to keep up with my morning routine. However, last night I wasn’t feeling so well and tomorrow starts MONTH 2! So, I opted to sleep in a little before church and rest my body to prepare for MAX OUT Month 2! Today is usually my meal planning and prep day! I already went grocery shopping, so today I will be washing, chopping, and prepping our veggies, fruits and snacks for the week! We plan for success in our groups by writing down our meal plans and getting everything prepped, so we can make healthy food choices that are quick and ready to go through the the week!
