HERE WE GO! Tabata Strength today! This one is KILLING my arms this week. Knee Diamond Holds got me and My Maxed out time was 11:13! I am still having to do tricep push-ups on knees. I just don’t have the upper body strength yet…but I’m trying.
We have family coming in town today, so right after my workout I started cleaning up the house. I threw on my “old-school” ankle weights and started on the floors! I TOTALLY remember my mom putting on her ankle weights!
