It’s HUMP DAY! What does that mean? It’s Sweat Intervals during Month 1 of InsanityMax:30! I maxed out at 7:45!
I’ll be honest…it’s not always easy to get up so early and workout. Today I’m a little tired, my contacts are bothering me, I’m running a few minutes behind it would be a lot easier to slip back and bed! BUT I have a GOAL (and summer is not too far off!) I know I feel so much better in the long run when I get my workout done and out of the way. It may not be pretty, but it’s going down on my tracking sheet as COMPLETE in 30 mins! It’s the first time to wear glasses during a Shaun T workout so wish me luck!
