Tabata Tuesday! Today is Tabata Strength and I maxed out at 10:45 on thos Pop Up Push Ups! I STILL struggle with those!
Tuck jumps seem daunting to me! How do they continue to do those for so long? I can’t keep up with them, but I just do the best I can then drop down to the modifier exercise!
You must DO the thing you THINK you CANNOT do! Eventually, I will get there and so will YOU!
