Well…Bummer! Last night I started not felling good with a scratchy throat and a headache!
I was hoping a good night sleep would make me feel better, but I’m still battling not feeling 💯%! Maybe it’s a cold OR maybe it’s just those West Texas Allergies!
I haven’t missed a Weekday InsanityMax:30 workout since January 12th and I’m a didn’t want to “miss” today. So, I’m going to do what I can then follow the modified in the video!
