I truly might be the queen of Slow Cooker meals…Well maybe not…But I do search for them A LOT! Even though I am home most of the days that dinner hour with homework and getting ready for sports IS unbearable! I just can’t keep every flowing AND have dinner ready. So…Here is my latest slow cooker meal.

1 tbsp chili powder
1 (15.5) oz can pinto or black beans
1 1/4 cups frozen corn
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 small chiles, chopped (we buy them at the store and my husband grills a batch during the weekend)
Salt and pepper to taste
Possible garnishes: Cheddar cheese, avocado, lime, cilantro, salsa, sour cream.
Add chicken, tomatoes chili powder, beans, corn and chiles in slow cooker.
Season with salt and pepper.
