21 Day Fix Upper Extreme!
You need light & heavy weights and bands. I did buy the b-band standard kit because people were saying their bands at home were not long enough for some of the various workouts.
I put together some photos from my 21 Day Fix Upper Fix Extreme Workout this morning. The program is described as “By alternating opposing muscle groups, this no-rest upper-body workout will shred your chest, back shoulders and arms!”
You use heavy weights and light weights and sometimes a band. 30 seconds of an exercise using a heavy weight then immediately grab the lighter weight and do another 30 seconds. This was definitely a fast pace (I barely had time to set my burst mode pics…haha)
This afternoon I can already feel it in my back…it was because of the Lat Band exercise.
