This round of InsanityMax:30 threw me off with being sick for a FULL week, and then it took another 4-5 days to feel my strength come back. Those two weeks were definitely a struggle for me, so I decided to “make up” those two weeks. I also will admit I have been hitting snooze a few more times than I’d like and I’ve been rushing around in the mornings not getting everything done for our family. So this morning I’m re-committing to my early wake up time! IF I’m organized and ready to go our family’s day goes A LOT smoother! I had a INCREDIBLE Mother’s Day and felt rested and ready to go this morning!

As I am looking around the house today I’m starting to wondering if we are a little obsessed with always having a blanket when we are resting. Blankets everywhere!!
My Pap always put one on us when we laid down because he said our body temperature drops when you lay down. I wonder if that really is true? I’ll have to Google that when I have time!
