I didn’t not even realize that I was “addicted” to sugar until I stopped eating so much of it!
I was actually having withdrawals and getting headaches the first several days of trying not to eat it. I did not realize it would affect me so bad! I started to do a little research on the subject and came across the article below. I notice through trial and error that when I would have a sugary treat as my “treat meal” during the beginning part of my journey I really had to watch out because I just started craving more and more of it. After several times of that happening during the beginning stages of my journey I realized just how bad sugar is for me.
