I’d rather do a quick 30 min a day workout, make better food choices most of the time and enjoy a treat here and there to help me reach my goals! Wouldn’t you?

This was my office today! After my workout I was able to check in with my challengers and answer a few questions before I was able to enjoy the rest of my day with my hubby on vacation!! Living my Life by Design and I love my job!!
This was us right before we went out for dinner. I could stay here forever! I love the lake in the background and the salt water pool here at the Inn on Grandbury Lake!!
