Bold people DO what they know they should do … not what they feel like doing!
I don’t always “feel” like working out or getting up early, BUT I know I can’t ask the members of my groups to DO their workouts when they don’t want to IF I DON’T! I try to show up everyday and motivate my challengers!
I love the team spirit in the groups and how everyone is encouraging no matter your success or struggles! You can post “I lost 6 lbs” and we will cheer you on!
You can post “I blew it today…I slept in, ate a burger & fries for lunch, and pizza and wine for dinner…and I’m angry at myself!”
This is the type of post above is where you see the SUPPORT in the groups! The members will tell you it’s okay we all have those bad days, and don’t let the guilt set in, pick yourself up and decide tomorrow you will do better! Or they will encourage you to get up and go walk around the block, don’t sit still thinking about a slip up, move on, gather your information on why you slipped up and learn from it!
We don’t have failures if we keep trying. We are merely gathering information for next time!
