If you want to ACCOMPLISH a goal you have to first decide to TRY! You might fail a couple times, but keep staying the course and do NOT give up!
My back is still sore and just does not feel right. I don’t think that I’m ready to dive back into my doubles like I had planned for my countdown to Fabulous by 40! However, I’m still doing something to work towards my goal. I’m using my foam roller on my back this morning and I’m about to do PiYo again! PiYo (no weights and no jumping) is just what I need to help my back get healthy again!
