I have pretty much the same routine that helps me get going for the day. I’m almost on autopilot when I first drag my myself out of bed. BUT it helps me prepare and get ready for my workouts.
I get up, get ready, twist my hair, grab my pre-workout drink, use my EOS lip balm, snap a picture and think of what I want to say as I wake up. Then pop in a CD or Stream my workout!
Consistency and repetition in my life helps get me in the right mindset and prepared for what I need to do to make myself healthier for me and my family!
