Set your shirt term, manageable goals just outside your comfort zone and build from there!
Not everyone wants to get up as early as I try to, some people like to workout at night, others at lunch…it doesn’t matter when… Just as long as IT works for you!! My lunch isn’t that “pretty” on my plate, but it is one of my faves! I know it looks a little odd…asparagus and egg whites! But HONESTLY…it’s my fave…REALLY!
My husband’s was lunch meat lettuce wraps to go! The Lunch meat is HEB’s in House meat so there are no preservatives and we cut off any fat to make it healthier! It’s the BEST lunch meat EVAH!
