I’m generally not a very patient person. (you can ask my husband about that! Dylan C. Park) Once I get something in my head I just either want it done, want to do it, or keep talking about until it’s done. It’s NOT my best quality! 😬
One of the hardest things I’ve learned through my health and fitness journey is you can’t rush things, and you have to be patient! Just because you are healthy and exercised for 2 weeks doesn’t mean that you have lost all the weight you might want to lose. You may not see the changes right away, BUT don’t let that sway you from reaching YOUR goals! KEEP GOING!
I honestly believe after investing so much time in my groups as a Challenger and as a Coach that
SMALL CHANGES + CONSISTENCY + TIME = RADICAL CHANGE
