Ugh! Not my best workout I’ll be honest. It’s a busy week and I kept having all the things I NEED to do swim around my head!
My feet felt like lead bricks and it took everything out of me to do the workout. I’m not sure why… I wanted to stop over and over but I did keep going.
I’m just saying this because not everyday is going to be an AWESOME workout, but there is always TOMORROW!
So, don’t stop…Keep going…tomorrow WILL be better!
