I CAN’T believe how fast the year is going! Halloween is almost here, and November is knocking on our door! I felt led to do a different type of Wellness Group this time and FOCUS on being Thankful as well as our personal health and fitness journey.. So, instead of the 3rd Monday of the month I am starting a group the FIRST Monday of November and it will be a 30 days of Thankfulness Group.
STARTING Monday, November 2nd will be our prep and planning week!
We are going to put ourselves FIRST this month for just 30 mins a day during this busy season to take care of ourselves! I will be doing the 21 Day Fix Extreme program during this month and welcome anyone to do the same or any other program of their choice. If you are traveling you may even want to try the Beachbody on Demand and stream your favorite workouts on the go from any mobile device! You choose the program and I will add the support!
I am going to lead with daily inspiration, positive quotes, thankful thoughts, weekly meal plans, recipes, tips, and quick easy meals for you to make for your entire family.
It is not about diet, it is about a lifestyle change.
Since it’s also the holiday season let’s focus on traveling tips, eating out at restaurants, holiday parties and how not to blow all your hard work in one weekend! We will talk about how you can still have some treats and still have success! It’s about a balanced lifestyle in moderation.
When we put ourselves first for even 30 minutes a day you will find that you can take on any of life’s obstacles so much easier because you feel good about yourself!
