I loved being involved in my first group and it’s what changed my thinking on being healthier. Who doesn’t want to be surrounded by people working towards the SAME GOAL and uplifting each other when they STUMBLE?

Which means everyone is getting in their programs and eating guides and I will help answer questions to get you started on your journey! Then GO TIME is OCTOBER 26th! It’s funny to me…
The part about the original Insanity Program that I didn’t like (the stretching after the 10 min HIIT warm up) I often fast forwarded through it back in 2011 when I first tried to do the program…is now my favorite part.
I realize NOW that you NEED a good stretch to help you recover, lengthen muscles and help prevent injury.
It’s funny the things you “know” VS. what you “understand” is good for you and your body.
I KNEW what I needed to do in the past, I just DIDN’T WANT to do it or do it 100%! I’m so glad I made the change in my mindset! #change #changeYOURmindset #stretch
