A little pre workout snack before we get in a 30 min workout before a soccer game!
I stick with a protein and have a hard boiled egg because too many carbs just doesn’t work for me! I save my carbs for breakfast and I “EARN” them after my workout!
Dylan had a wasa cracker with almond butter & a little bit of honey. He needs those carbs to give him more energy for his workouts.
