Ways to Track Your Fitness Progress
Beachbody gives you printable tracking sheets no matter what workout program you are using on their website that you can print. I highly recommend that you use these sheets. You can’t possibly remember the weights, reps, max out time you had from last weeks workout. When you track them then you can constantly challenge yourself each week to push more.
I also write notes on how I was feeling that day to I can track why my time was better or worse. Like maybe I was sore from the day before or just tired because I stayed up late! Tracking is VERY helpful and will help you push harder next time!
Beachbody has lots of Tracking Sheets HERE, like I used for Insanity Max and P90X. However, I needed some for the 21 Day Fix EXTREME workouts. I was just writing them down in a notebook and decided I LOVED the program so much I needed to MAKE some!
My goal is always to lift a little more, so I like to keep track of the weights I use for each of my Resistance Training Workouts.
