I like having Sundays as my rest days. It gives me time in the morning to plan out our meals. I use my website and the different nutrition guides that come with the workout programs to help me plan our week.
No matter what program I am doing I am always using the 21 Day Fix Nutritional Plan
This is truly a genius concept. Depending on your weight and individual goals, you are assigned an allotment of each colored container. Each color corresponds to a food group.
Your job—eat real food and the right portions of it! What I love about this program is that nothing is excluded!
It’s your macros simplified.
You can work your butt off working out, but if you don’t eat right, you will have trouble getting the results you are after.
We are on Week 3 of Hammer and Chisel.
So, our workouts this week are
Monday – Chisel Balance
Tuesday – Max Hammer Strength
Wednesday – Chisel Cardio & 15 Min Glute
Thursday – ISO Speed Hammer and 15 Min Leg Hammer
Friday – Chisel Agility
Saturday – Hammer Power & 10 Min Ab Hammer
Sunday – Our glorious rest day
Here is a Sample Menu for the Week. I generally do not eat that many yellows at the end of the day. I try to keep them in the beginning because that is what works best for ME and my body. I like to have them after my workouts for breakfast. I tend to stay with Ezekiel Bread and Sweet Potatoes
