Sounds funny right?
Eat That Frog refers to doing the task you dread the most FIRST.
I starting working out early in the morning, before the kids get up, because it was “my frog.”
I will keep pushing if it off and dread getting it done until the evening rolled around.
Then I was too tired.
This was “my frog” for years, I really didn’t like exercising at all. Dylan was always SO much better at this than me and I just went along with him for guilt reasons.
I never had the desire until I just finally KNEW I HAD to make a change and stick with it.
It seemed like a waste of time because I never saw results fast enough and gave up. But what I didn’t realize is that it’s a process.
It didn’t take 2 weeks to gain the excess weight I had gained years back in my transformation picture and it wasn’t going to take me 2 weeks to lose it either.
2 weeks was my “usual” give up cycle…
2 weeks of doing good and then I was upset I didn’t see the scale move as much as I wanted and gave up!
Trust the process of eating clean, healthy foods with the right portion sizes and add in exercise and daily support from me!

Stop dreading the task and get it done. Dreading about a task STEALS our JOY at the present moment.
