I tried a bunch of different things to be healthier and I failed. I was missing something, I wanted to do better, but I struggled for so long!
Finding these health and wellness group really helped me find the missing piece of accountability and the sense community.
I finally felt I was NOT DOING THIS ALONE and begin to thrive in these groups. I loved the group interaction and the fact someone I didn’t even know was encouraging me to keep pushing towards my personal goals and I could do the same for others.
