We have been trying to add more fish into our diet instead of chicken and beef. This recipe is not that exciting. But really sometimes food is fuel and you need something quick on those busy nights of practice.
Baked Cod and Broccoli
CONTAINERS: 1 RED 1 GREEN
1lb of fresh cod
3 tbsp of paprika
1 tbsp onion powder
3/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1tsp dry oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees F
Placed cod on a baking sheet with coconut spray
Combine spices and seasonings and sprinkle over the cod
Cook for approximate 15 mins ( or until desired wellness and the fish is a white & flakey
I steamed broccoli on the stove top with water and a steamer basket.
Laid the cod on a small bed of spinach and added the broccoli to the plate!
Simple and done!
