My weekend warrior is not about doing a strenuous workout, but instead getting things done for my family, attending games and still squeezing in 30 mins for myself. Those 30 mins are what keeps me feeling strong and confident, because I am taking care of me!

I stayed up adding 12 new recipes to my blog last night that we have tried over the last couple weeks.
I am NOT a night owl at all and I definitely needed to catch up on my sleep.
I put my workout clothes in to help remind me to get it done today, since we slept in!
I’m so proud!
While in at the grocery store this morning, I’m getting texts and posts from ladies in my groups!
They are staying on track this weekend!
No excuses for them!
They started their Saturday off right with a healthy breakfast!
It’s been a year since I’ve added Shakeology to my nutrition everyday!
I was rewarded with a “GOLDEN SCOOP” to celebrate my anniversary!
I squeezed my workout it between basketball games by the skin of my teeth. 😁
I was about to give up and make today my rest day because it’s been so busy, but I want to enjoy our pizza treat night without any regrets.
I little motivation from my tank top and glad I choose to leave my workout clothes on throughout the day. I thought about just changing and not doing it…but having them on motivated me to just get it done!
