My workout was SO HARD today…
I posted a picture of us afterwards earlier today…but seriously!!
I could not keep up with this 22 Min workout! It was the first time for this particular one!
So much plank work…which I love…but it had me grabbing my knees SO often!!
You either spend 30 minutes doing something hard and then feel GREAT
or you spend HOURS, DAYS, or YEARS…being uncomfortable in your own skin (I know … because that was me for WAY too long)
Frustrated trying on clothes, feeling tired, feeling sad about my body, regretting not making the choice to do the right thing.
In reality BOTH ways a HARD .
You just have to choose which HARD you want!
