EEKS! I’m such a list maker and planner!
But my schedule was so off this weekend, since being out of town that I’m winging it today at HEB!
Not a lot on my list, but I’m on a time crunch this morning!
Hopefully I can remember what all to get!
Luckily, I keep a lot of snacks and breakfast basically the same …SO that makes it easy!
And dinners become lunch leftovers paired with a salad or veggies.
My suggestion is to also start with simple meals until you get more comfortable with figuring out what foods work best for your body and your workouts!
NOW, I get it when the Master Trainer told us towards the end of the certification that we didn’t have to do it full out when practicing!
Me, being the “cool” chick <insert sarcasm> was thinking “I’m good, I got this!”

So yep…I missed my Monday! 😳😜
Foam Roller and Stretches is about all I can handle today!
I have a love/relationship with the foam roller!
