I love seeing the extra room in the shirt and how it is no longer filled out!

What has she been doing?
Shakeology EVERYDAY and slowly changing her eating habits until they aligned with the eating plan that I follow too!
In my groups I offer sample meal plans to help you get started on the 21 Day Fix Eating Plan!
Exercise has not been an option right now for her…but the small changes everyday have added up to HUGE success and she is not done!
She is striving to be the best version of herself! ♥.
