After meeting a friend for a little bit this morning I was super excited to come home and try my Green Lentil Lime Salad that had been marinating in the fridge!

I made my salad smaller today than the recipe calls for I could not finish it the other day!
I’m surprised of the amount of food on the 21 Day reset compared to the 3 day reset!

I get that question all the time!!
And I tell them DON’T cook two meals! Everyone basically eats the same meal just make modifications and tweaks.
I’m doing a Ultimate Reset Challenge and have set meals. So I’m working from those meals to make my families dinner too!
Ultimate Rest Dinner and Family’s Version of dinner
Mine is suppose to be “California Rolls” (meat free)…but I could not find a mat to roll it up so I just made a big bowl of the stuff inside and the seaweed wrap.
Hubby’s bowl is a mix of mine plus leftover chicken from last night.
The boys don’t like their food mixed up, so they had yesterday’s chicken, leftover potatoes and added corn and rice.
Yes, sometimes my boys don’t like something new that I’m trying, but I made dinner they can choose to eat it or not.
Why make healthy food for you and serve them food filled with preservatives!?!
I do have some family friendly favorites that I’ll post in the comments…that my boys do love!
– They are not at there goal weight.
– They don’t have their nutrition perfect.
– They don’t know how to make a picture and put words on it.
– They don’t know too much about Facebook.
– They don’t have a lot of money to invest.
– have to be at your goal weight

– the investment is so small and the REWARDS are SO BIG
