A lot of our meal prep and planning in our house is also helping us with portion control.
So many times people are eating the right and healthy foods, but they are just eating TOO MUCH of them! This is the category I fell into. I thought I was doing good, but I added too much dressing, or my portions were too big.
Taking some time to portions somethings out really helps.
Dressing is a big one that people go overboard with when adding it to a salad.
Limit your dressings to 2 Tablespoons worth of dressing. Put them in little containers as seen below and store in refrigerator. I got these at Dollar Tree.
At a restaurant as for it on the side and dip your fork times in it if you are not sure of the 2 tablespoon amount.
