Be Confidently You
You know that unsettling feeling you get in your stomach, or that panic that arises and can overtake you. Fear. Everyone is afraid of something, that part is natural.
I worry about what people think.
But don’t be tied to fear, don’t let it stop you from achieving your goals and dreams. Use that feeling in your belly to fuel you to make a change, to go for it and to take action.
I was told to one thing that makes you nervous or uncomfortable each day.
I will honestly say, I don’t do it every day, but when I DO get past that fear and accomplish the task I set out to do. Whether it’s a new exercise, workout program, reaching out to a new person, doing a live video, signing up for training or classes, sharing my story, or sharing my faith.
Afterwards, I feel amazing, strong, proud, and confident, I know it is not because of anything I did, but because the peace God offers me.
I told Carol Curtis Waters I would post a picture with no make this morning for #RFGoNaked fundraising campaign. I said I would because in my challenge groups we talk about about being the best version yourself and NOT comparing yourself to others.

You get what you pay for.
That honestly is usually the case.
It took me a while to figure this out!
I’d use to feel bad spending money on myself and would often by cheap shirts at Walmart or Target, but then they would shrink up, rip or tear quite easily.
I finally realized I could spend a little more money on a sweater, outfit or shoes and have it last longer. In the long run I saved money!
Sure I paid more up front, but I purchased classic items that I can wear for more than just a season!
If you divide it out, it’s usually way less expensive to buy the quality stuff than having to buy more of the cheap stuff.
How does this relate to anything about your health?
I was talking to someone yesterday about joining my support groups. They said they already drank a cheap protein shake they found at the grocery store and added stuff to it to help with digestion, added veggies to it, an alkaline powder, took vitamins, and took probiotics.
I told them my super food shake ALREADY has that stuff in it and you don’t need to add anything! It’s not a protein shake, it’s a nutritional shake to use as a tool to reach their goals.
They were already spending money on re-creating my shake, but with a cheap protein powder base that ended up having artificial flavors and sweeteners!
It may seem like they were saving money by re-creating their own, but in all honestly were they?
Definitely NOT since their shake had artificial flavoring a and sweetenersz
I don’t have to buy a bunch of extra supplements or vitamins because it’s already THERE – IN the powder WITHOUT anything artificial.
It’s simple …1 scoop and your done!
Plus, a 30 day money back bottom of the bag guarantee!
They didn’t lose anything for trying it, instead gain knowledge and find out if my super food shake would helped them reach their health and wellness goals.
It’s nutrition simplified and It’s been clinically proven to help with your health. Which in return helps you be a better mom, wife, daughter, husband, son or dad!
It’s helped me!

It helps other women know they CAN be confident and comfortable in there own skin!
I can’t give you an easy pass to be healthier.
It takes hard work…
1. with your workouts
2. with your food choices
You may sacrifice sleep to workout, sacrifice the sweet taste of a cupcake, sacrifice the yummy comfort feeling of having pizza, but will it be worth it to you?
Only you can answer the question.
I didn’t like the feeling of not being more active with my boys and only watching them play.
I didn’t like the feeling of being uncomfortable in the clothes I was wearing.
I had to make a change for me and my family.
It’s not always easy, but It’s been worth it to me.
It’s easier with a community of people encouraging too.
