Sometimes what we believe or tell ourselves stops us from reaching our goals.
That is why we spend a week during our prep and planning week we discuss changing our mindset and how we think about exercise and food.
I was not ready to make a change in my life until I made the decision MYSELF.
I could complain about my weight, how my clothes fit, how I always felt tired…BUT nothing was going to change until I changed my mindset about being healthier.
