Eat More, Not Less

Usually when people want to lose weight they cut back foods or food groups and end up starving themselves. Clean Eating allows you to eat more and weigh less by making good food choices.
Help FIRE up YOUR metabolism by be eating 5-6 SMALLER meals a by that consists of Lean Proteins (LP) and Complex Card (CC). AVOID starchy, sugary, empty-calorie, industrialized high-fat foods.
Lean Protein (LP):
chicken, turkey, salmon, white fish (in safe healthy amounts) lean cuts of red meat, game, egg whites, beans, legumes, tofu, sea vegetables, nuts, and nut butters.

Complex Carbs (CC):
whole grains, fresh fruit, vegetables. (oats, brown rice, quinoa, whole-grain breads)
