Someone asked me yesterday about combining my faith with my fitness and “how does that work?”
Just like a muscle you must exercise your faith to make it stronger. I just combine the two by finding scriptures that talk about strength, struggle, and victory.
It is not easy every day for me to get up early or make the right choices. I know I need the accountability of my challenge groups…and lean on the strength of my faith.
Ask for a little guidance and strength to make it through the day
“God is our refuge and strength, an ever-present help in trouble. Therefore we will not fear”
