A little tough love this morning…
If you are doing a workout and you are just going through motions, you are not sore anymore, and you lost your love for it you tend to stop seeing results…maybe its time for a change!
The same with your nutrition. I would say the majority of my challengers (ME TOO) can get in our workout, but its a daily struggle with our nutrition. There are so many temptations, treats and things that taste good at the moment, but it takes us further away from our goals! Maybe it’s time to try something new to help you reach your goals!
It’s a one meal at a time choice and sometimes after a Holiday Weekend people tend to want to get back on track! I know this birthday weekend I had my treats for sure, but I’m ready to dive back in!
