Commit to the LORD whatever you do, and he will establish your plans. (PROVERBS 16:3)
I want the results, but not the work…
Taking care of ourself and our bodies has to go beyond wishful thinking. Just like anything else, excuses don’t cut it. Anything worth having requires hard work! Sure the daily demands we face are gonna get in the way. Kids who don’t sleep, jobs that require us to travel or work late, church commitments, get togethers with friends and families. But we can still make this our lifestyle. It just requires making the BEST choice for ourselves in any situation
Commit your actions – your eating plan and food choices – to the Lord. And you will see results from the inside out!
Prayer for today: Dear Lord, thank You for these verses in Proverbs. I want to feed on Your truth today. I commit to turn my focus to You. Help me to plan well, work hard, and sacrifice with intention. In Jesus’ name, Amen – Made to Crave Prayer
