We all fall short in some manner. Food might be your struggle, but it might not be someone else’s. No matter our issues, there is hope for each of us Jesus girls. Even when we can’t feel that hope. He works for the good. My job is to walk with Him day by day. His job is to work the good.

So now that we are passed the first week of the program and you are getting into a groove.
Let’s talk about lifting WEIGHTS.
Are you lifting heavy enough in order to actually GET RESULTS?
You can do the workouts, you can do every rep, but if you are not challenging your body then you won’t get the results that you are striving for.
If you are not SORE, you can do ALL the reps, you don’t see CHANGES after 30 days & you are EATING healthy we may need to evaluate.
