I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened in order that you may know the hope to which he has called you, the riches of his glorious inheritance in his holy people, and his incomparably great power for us who believe. Ephesians 1:18 – 19A
“We were made for more! More than this failure, more than this vicious cycle of defeat, more than being ruled by our taste buds, body image, rationalizations, and guilt. We were made for victory!” Lysa TerKeurst from Made to Crave
It truly doesn’t matter how drastic your results were in the first 30 days. What matters that you showed up and gave it your all! You have made healthy changes for yourself and your body! And you have made huge strides spiritually!
It is so easy to quit the health struggle and pretend it doesn’t matter spiritually, but if you are here reading this, you have NOT given up, and for that I am thankful!
Say it with me this morning: “I WAS MADE FOR MORE!”
I want you to proudly take those pics and know that even if you don’t see a huge difference from DAY 1 to NOW, you know that you have a dramatic difference in how you think, act and feel about your body and food! So be strong and do your best.
Prayer for the day: Dear Lord, thank You for the truth that I am made for more. Please help me to soak this truth in and to live it out. Enlighten the eyes of my heart so that I may believe and receive what You have for me today. Show me a new perspective as I seek to honor You with my choices. In Jesus’ name, Amen. – Made to Crave Prayer

The “Mash Potatoes” is actually Mashed Cauliflower. I had someone suggest using sweet potatoes too to make it a little healthier than the mashed potatoes.

These are in our Shakeology, but we can always add them to our meal plans too!
Some examples of super foods are Kale, Flaxseed, Blueberries, Kefir (pronounced kuh-feer), Quinoa (pronounced keen-wah), Chia Seeds
