Fit Tip:Limit Alcohol
Are you working hard ALL week long and decided to “celebrate” on the weekend by enjoying an alcoholic drink only to notice that on Monday you are exactly where you were LAST Monday! Those adult beverages could be the reason why you are not making any REAL progress. People forget that alcohol is a form of sugar, PLUS sometimes drinking alcohol will cause you to let your guard down and make food choices you normally would not make.
