I stuck to VERY basic recipes in the beginning of my journey so I did not have to figure out the oils, and tsp counts. I used a lot of recipes from other Coaches that figured out the containers or A LOT from the Beachbody Blog because the containers are already figured out for everyone.
I’ll be honest, my plan is a lot different this week than normal. With the boys going to practice at 5:30pm and I’m trying not to eat after practice…I struggle to have ALL 5 of my mini meals….so I rearranged my eating plan to see if this helps me. Still the same amount of containers….Just combining it differently!
After practice I TRY to stay away from snacking and drink Green Tea and/or La Croix Sparkling Water.
Change the plan…but never the goal.
But here is my plan for next week….
I am still sticking to low impact workouts due to the soreness in my back. My doctor’s appts are not until next week!

Tuesday – Cilantro Lime Avocado Salmon
Wednesday – Stuffed Peppers with Kale and Acorn Squash
Thursday – Meat Sauce and Zoodles
Friday – Basic Grilled Chicken – Paired with your favorite salad veggies
Saturday – Pulled Pork Carnitas – Paired with your favorite salad veggies
Sunday – Sweet Potato Shepherds Pie
