It took me 46 times to get mine exactly the way I wanted it! I KNEW all the vitamins, minerals and superfoods were GREAT for me, so I just kept trying to see what worked for me!!
I’m glad I stuck to it! My trick is to BLEND for at least 60 seconds…like I literally walk away from the blender and let it do it’s thing!

As a side note…Beachbody ReCharge may be something you might want to look into also. You drink it at night to help your sore muscles. If you are working out hard then you don’t have to count it as a container IF you are doing an INTENSE workout and it is a vanilla flavor.
