We are only one good choice away from being back on the path of perseverance. But no matter how far off the path or how long we have been on it, God is patient with us and loves us as dearly beloved child – part of His family.
We are loved as God’s special girls!! No matter where you are in your struggle with healthy eating, God looks at you and says, “She still looks like my precious daughter to me.” He loves you just the way you are. But God loves you too much to leave you stuck in a state of defeat. You were made for so much more. You were made for victory!
“May the Lord direct your hearts into God’s love and Christ’s perseverance” (2 Thessalonians 3:5).
Other Scriptures about God’s patience and Love
• God’s love never fails (1 Corinthians 13:8). Even if we feel that we are weak and failing, God’s love for us will never cease.
• Nothing can separate us from God’s love (Romans 8:39). Not twenty, fifty, one-hundred, two-hundred pounds, or more — nothing will separate you from God’s love.
• Love is patient (1 Corinthians 13:4). No matter how long we struggle to find victory in any area of our life, God is patient with us—continually providing His love, His comfort, His truth, and His power.
• God’s love is not based on our performance (Romans 5:8). We may fall off the path of perseverance, but God’s love has never been dependent on our actions, proven by the fact that He sent His son “while we were still sinners.”

Recipe of the Day: Cinnamon Greek Yogurt
As yummy as this snack is I don’t have it as much as I use too.
I have noticed dairy upsets my belly sometimes. The healthier you eat the more you realize certain foods react differently to your body.

Eat More, Not Less
Usually when people want to lose weight they cut back foods or food groups and end up starving themselves. Clean Eating allows you to eat more and weigh less by making good food choices.
Help FIRE up YOUR metabolism by be eating 5-6 SMALLER meals a by that consists of Lean Proteins (LP) and Complex Card (CC). AVOID starchy, sugary, empty-calorie, industrialized high-fat foods.
Lean Protein (LP):
chicken, turkey, salmon, white fish (in safe healthy amounts) lean cuts of red meat, game, egg whites, beans, legumes, tofu, sea vegetables, nuts, and nut butters. (If you are doing the 21 Day Fix or InsanityMax:30 Program this category is broken down even more)
Complex Carbs (CC):
whole grains, fresh fruit, vegetables. (oats, brown rice, quinoa, whole-grain breads)
To experience a fat-burning, metabolism-boosting energy peak you must eat a correct portion of a LP and a CC together every 2-3 hours.
Beachbody gives you printable tracking sheets no matter what workout program you are using on their website that you can print. I highly recommend that you use these sheets. You can’t possibly remember the weights, reps, max out time you had from last week’s workout. When you track them then you can constantly challenge yourself each week to push more.
I also write notes on how I was feeling that day to I can track why my time was better or worse. Like maybe I was sore from the day before or just tired because I stayed up late! Tracking is VERY helpful and will help you push harder next time!
