How does it work?
We’re betting $2 million dollars that you will fall in love with getting healthy! During the Challenge Period, from January 9th – February 5th, 2017, eligible Coaches and customers who meet the below requirements will win an equal share of a $2 million prize pool seeded by Beachbody! Beachbody is seeding the prize pool with $1 million and as a BONUS – for every Challenge Pack sold from October 31st – December 31st, 2016, Beachbody will add $5 to the $1 million prize pool, with a guaranteed total of at least $2 million, up to $3 million! When is the HealthBet?
My Group STARTS it’s prep and planning week on January 2! Mindset is the KEY and this is Mindset Change Week! – I want you to see long lasting changes that is why I offer a Prep and Planning Week!! WE GOT THIS!
The Beachbody Health Bet contest OFFICIALLY runs from January 9th, 2017 – February 5th, 2017. Qualifiers must meet all requirements for each of the four (4) qualification weeks during the Challenge Period:
Week 1: Jan. 9th – Jan. 15th
Week 2: Jan. 16th – Jan. 22nd
Week 3: Jan. 23rd – Jan. 29th
Week 4: Jan. 30th – Feb. 5th
How do I Qualify?
Basically you choose ME as your coach and you join and actively particiipate my January 2nd group with a Challenge Pack and get paid to stay accountable to your personal goals!!!!
So how do I get started?
- First you need to make me your official coach. Do that here: Sign up for a free account
- Fill out the form below so that I can chat with you about what program would best meet your needs.
- You must be willing to commit to a fitness program from start to finish for the duration of the program. I will make sure that the workout we choose meets your ability level and your preference for type of workout. So you will be doing something that you WANT to do vs. a program that I tell you that you NEED to do!
- You must be willing to follow the nutrition plan that comes with your program & replace 1 meal a day with Shakeology. Shakeology and the nutrition plan are essential to your results. Without proper nutrition your body cannot maximize results, have energy to get through the day or sustain the results.
You must be willing to check into the online support and accountability group daily to log and monitor your progress.
Our goal is to make your journey with me the start of a lasting life transformation and NOT just a quick fix!
You will have different season in your journey some goals will be different than others. It’s about finding balance and figuring our what you want and go after it.
NOT just for 30 days…but sticking to it and being the best version of you! ♥
BUT here are the LEGAL deets…..
In order to qualify to win a share of the Beachbody Health Bet prize pool, participants must meet all of the requirements below.
– Must be a participant in an active in MY Challenge Group on the My Challenge Tracker app during the January 9th – February 5th (We start Prep and Planning week on the 2nd)
– Participants must have a valid First and Last Name, email address, and shipping address on record with their Team Beachbody Account by February 6th, 2017 in order to be paid out.
Log a minimum of five (5) Shakeology uses, each accompanied by a Shakeology photo, during each qualification week.
– To be eligible, each log must be accompanied by a Shakeology photo (participant does not need to be in the photo).
– The logged photos can be of your Shakeology on its own, your Shakeology preparation on its own, or of you preparing or consuming your Shakeology.
– All Shakeology uses must be logged no later than 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the last day of each qualification week (1/15, 1/22, 1/29 & 2/5).
Log a minimum of three (3) workouts during each qualification week.
– All workouts must be logged no later than 11:59:59 p.m. PT on the last day of each contest week (1/15, 1/22, 1/29 & 2/5).
I don’t have a Challenge Pack?

NO WORRIES! That is part of my job too! I will use the first week to help TEACH you the tricks and tips I use to help me succeed…PLUS supply you with a food list and teach you about clean eating, portion control and how to meal plan for you and your family WITHOUT making separate meals!
More about my groups and WHY I take a Faith and Fitness Approach…
Every month I personally take a small group of women under my wing and share with them what how I made changes in my life to help me feel stronger, healthier and more confident.
A lot of my health changes are tied into my FAITH.
So, this month my challenge group will be based on devotions from the Made to Crave book.
I will share what God is teaching me about treating my body as a temple and how I have gotten my emotional eating under better control.
I want to HELP YOU:

Here’s the thing….I have to be really honest with you and share that for a LONG time I tried doing my fitness journey on my own and tried crazy fad diets… And you know what? It’s hard, it’s exhausting, it’s disappointing, and it’s depressing.
KNOW YOU are beautiful and loved, no matter if you’re a size zero or a size 30. You are beautiful just the way you are, but God loves you so much that He doesn’t want you to stay in a place of defeat!
It doesn’t matter where you live, how IN or OUT of shape you are, whether you have vacations planned, are traveling for work or sports, or feel like you have zero time to focus on you—I’VE GOT YOU…. because this group is something that God has really laid on my heart and its content is truly my passion and purpose!
