I try to use this concept everyday in my nutrition, workouts, business, and everyday household tasks! It is AMAZING to see the compound effect working in coaching business THAT is the most exciting part!

What is Metabolism?
It’s the steady process that begins when you are born and ends when you die. It is balancing two different activities that occur in the body – the building up and breaking down of energy stores and body tissue.
To put it simple …
Metabolism is what breaks down the energy you get from food and turns in into fuel for regular body functions including breathing, staying warm, basic body movement such as moving our arms and legs, and OF COURSE working out.
