Hello Smoothie Bowl!!
Where have you been my whole life? So delish!!
This banana and berries smoothie bowl is made with Strawberry Shakeology, but you can use any flavor you like. Sliced almonds and chia seeds adorn the bowl to give it texture and healthy omega-3 fats.
Vegan Strawberry Smoothie Bowl

Serves: 1 serving
¾ cup almond milk
1 scoop Strawberry Shakeology*
¼ cup fresh or frozen blueberries (reserve some for garnish)
1 cup ice
¼ large banana, cut into thick slices
¼ cup fresh or frozen blackberries
2 Tbsp. sliced raw almonds
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
2 tsp. raw pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
*substitute any protein powder…but why not use the BEST and get your vitamins and nutrients in for the day – – Remember Shakeology is SO MUCH MORE than a Protein Shake…It’s a nutritional shake
*IF you want to have pretty toppings like mine SAVE some of the ingredients above to top it with!
Place almond milk, Shakeology, blueberries, and ice in blender; cover. Blend until smooth.
Place smoothie in a medium bowl. Top with remaining blueberries, banana, blackberries, almonds, and chia seeds; serve immediately
*I did not use the pumpkin seeds and it came out dreamy!
